Software Engineer

Role overview Join a team focused on moving AI from experimentation into dependable, production-grade infrastructure for highly regulated industries. The engineer in this role will design, build, and maintain the backend systems and AI products that power an Applied Intelligence Engine, helping customers deploy auditable and explainable AI at scale.

Responsibilities - Design and build scalable, maintainable backend services in multiple programming languages - Partner with front-end engineers to wire backend services into user-facing applications - Tune database performance and put data security safeguards in place - Produce clean, well-tested code that follows established coding standards and best practices - Diagnose and resolve bugs and production issues as they surface - Build, release, and operate containerized services and contribute to code reviews

Requirements - 3+ years of professional software development experience - 2+ years of backend development using Python or Go - Hands-on experience with database design and management - Practical AI development experience with tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice to have - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field - Containerization experience with Docker or Kubernetes - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure - Experience building or supporting CI/CD pipelines
