Role overview
A senior delivery leader is needed to own how a consumer mobile product gets planned, prioritized, and shipped across both iOS and Android. Sitting at the center of product delivery, this role ensures work moves efficiently from concept through release, balancing user needs, business impact, and technical complexity when shaping what gets built next. Reporting to executive leadership, the position operates as a peer to engineering, growth, and data leads, with significant influence on product direction and execution.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery planning for mobile product initiatives, from roadmap conception through release and post-launch review. - Build and maintain prioritized roadmaps, release plans, and delivery timelines aligned with strategic goals. - Drive sequencing, prioritization, work-in-progress limits, and dependency resolution across multiple workstreams. - Coordinate execution across engineering, growth, analytics, QA, and leadership stakeholders, ensuring mobile, backend, and growth initiatives stay aligned. - Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, evaluating effort versus impact to support investment decisions and inform roadmap choices. - Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, release coordination, and delivery reviews while establishing operational processes that improve predictability, velocity, and release quality. - Identify delivery risks early, lead discussions that unblock teams, and accelerate decision-making across the organization.
Requirements
- Three or more years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Producer, Delivery Lead, or similar role supporting consumer mobile applications. - Proven track record shipping products on both iOS and Android, ideally for consumer-facing applications with significant user bases. - Strong background in agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, release management, and dependency tracking. - Hands-on experience coordinating work across mobile, backend, analytics, QA, and product teams, with advanced proficiency in Jira and agile project management workflows. - Strong product judgment and experience contributing to discovery, requirements definition, and prioritization decisions, plus the ability to independently drive initiatives end-to-end. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable influencing senior leaders, with C2-level English proficiency and availability to work in Americas time zones.
Nice to have
- Experience shipping creative tools, gaming products, animation software, or children's and family applications. - Background in experimentation-driven environments using tools such as Amplitude and A/B testing frameworks. - Experience managing external platforms or strategic partner relationships. - Spanish proficiency.
