Remote job
Product Manager, Marketing Orchestration
Job details
About this role
Role overview
This is a senior, hands-on Product Manager role acting as a single dedicated owner for the core surface area of an agentic marketing platform. The position carries full accountability for product adoption and go-to-market success across a portfolio that drives the majority of company revenue, blending 0→1 innovation with deepening of established surfaces and scaling of emerging areas. The work spans customer-facing interfaces that marketers use daily, from segmentation and targeting through analytics, experimentation, and global orchestration.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end direction, prioritization, and health of a multi-product surface area including audiences, no-code attribute building, analytics dashboards, experimentation tooling, and campaign orchestration primitives. - Define 0→1 primitives for global orchestration aimed at enterprise-scale, AI-native marketing programs, including audiences, campaigns, and journeys. - Expand audience targeting and syncing to support advanced use cases such as couponing and live auctions. - Re-imagine analytics, dashboards, and experimentation to interface tightly with an agentic marketing product. - Lead multiple engineering and design workstreams in parallel, presenting frequently to customers and partnering with executives on company strategy. - Reverse-engineer revenue goals into sequenced product outcomes and decide what to invest in next.
Requirements
- Demonstrated customer obsession, with the ability to anticipate needs before they are articulated. - Strong technical aptitude, comfortable translating complex engineering trade-offs into clear, accessible product decisions. - Excellent communication skills, able to distill complex ideas into compelling narratives that move teams and users to action. - A bias for speed, rapid iteration, and bold execution in high-energy environments. - Outcome-oriented mindset focused on measurable business impact rather than shipping features for their own sake. - Experience operating as a senior, hands-on product leader across broad, multi-workstream portfolios.
Nice to have
- Background in marketing technology, customer data platforms, or AI-driven campaign tooling. - Founder-level commercial instinct and comfort owning P&L-style accountability for a portfolio.
Benefits and work setup
- Remote-first company with location-independent compensation. - Listed salary range of $240,000–$320,000 USD annually plus meaningful equity. - Senior role evaluated on impact and growth potential rather than years of experience. - Structured interview process including hiring manager conversation, technical and UX discussion, and a two-part take-home case study.
