Senior Product Manager, Coding Data Platform

Role overview

This senior product role leads the data strategy behind a large-scale healthcare coding platform currently migrating to next-generation infrastructure. The position sits at the intersection of product, data engineering, machine-learning platform, operations, and client success, owning how clinical and risk-adjustment data flows from customers to end users. It is a high-visibility seat with direct influence over coder productivity, client outcomes, and the pace and quality of platform migrations.

Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the coding data platform, balancing engineering, client, and platform priorities while articulating tradeoffs to senior leadership - Lead integration strategies across external clients and internal retrieval teams, driving the transition to a new document services layer and adopting universal document identifiers - Drive automation of the project setup lifecycle, from initial data receipt through downstream availability, and define metrics that make pipeline performance visible and actionable - Maintain standardized data specifications and ingestion profiles for Medicare Advantage, ACA, and Medicaid programs, ensuring HIPAA and CMS compliance while reducing manual configuration errors - Define dual-load strategies, rollback windows, and project routing logic that support safe client migrations to the new platform - Serve as connective tissue across data integration, ML platform, data engineering, business intelligence, retrieval, operations, and client success, clarifying ownership and unblocking dependencies

Requirements

- 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years focused on data platforms or data integration - Prior experience leading product work at the center of a multi-team platform migration - Technical fluency in data pipeline concepts such as pipeline architecture, database replication, and API design, without needing to write code - Comfort owning complex problems and delivering results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

- Familiarity with cloud-based document repositories, Snowflake or Databricks, or OCR and document ingestion pipelines
