Product Engineer

Role overview Build practical software that connects a healthcare platform to the day-to-day needs of clinics and care teams. As a customer-facing product engineer, you’ll learn directly from users, deliver integrations and tools, and carry field feedback into product decisions. The work spans rapid prototyping, production implementation, deployment, and iteration.

Responsibilities - Speak with healthcare customers to understand clinical, operational, and data workflows. - Design and build integrations, data pipelines, and lightweight applications on the platform. - Create internal tools and deployment automation that make future implementations more efficient and dependable. - Partner with product and engineering colleagues to inform the roadmap using customer needs. - Prototype, deploy, and refine solutions based on feedback from users in the field. - Explain technical issues and options clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements - Two to five years of experience building and shipping production software. - Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or a similar programming language. - Interest in healthcare technology and product development. - Enjoyment of direct user conversations, problem discovery, and pragmatic solution design. - Comfort working amid ambiguity and prioritizing useful outcomes. - Empathy and clear communication, alongside technical ability.

Nice to have - Customer-facing engineering, consulting, or startup experience. - Familiarity with regulated or privacy-sensitive environments, including HIPAA or SOC 2. - Examples of projects you have completed and can share.
