Client Data & Analytics Lead (f/m/d)

Role overview Help client organizations build stronger data and analytics capabilities as they move their reporting onto a new energy-management platform. This is a hands-on advisory and delivery role: you’ll work with client teams on reporting, queries, and analytics while also advising senior leaders on data strategy, team structure, and ways to use data in support of business goals. You’ll bring client needs back to product and engineering teams to help guide platform improvements.

Responsibilities - Help clients redesign important reporting and analytics around new data and concepts, using working sessions, training, and query writing. - Advise senior data leaders on building effective analytics organizations, modern data stacks, and business-led data strategies. - Identify and prioritize client data needs, connecting shared requirements to product planning. - Partner with engineering on data features and requirements grounded in client use cases. - Train client delivery colleagues to help their business areas ask useful data questions and apply insights. - Troubleshoot data challenges directly when needed and support a smooth reporting transition.

Requirements - Several years in analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, such as analytics management, lead analysis, or data consulting. - Strong SQL skills and familiarity with modern BI tools and data practices. - Experience delivering work for clients and/or owning product outcomes. - Degree or equivalent qualification. - Ability to combine practical analysis with advising, training, and collaboration across client and internal teams.
