Role overview This program management role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all audiovisual integration projects across a global enterprise account. The position manages a team of project managers while personally running select complex or strategic deployments, ensuring delivery excellence, financial health, customer satisfaction, and alignment with the client's technology roadmap.
Responsibilities - Provide end-to-end oversight of AV integration projects across the assigned global account, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met. - Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting structures across the portfolio. - Serve as the primary escalation point for project-related issues, risks, and customer concerns. - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers through regular reviews, health assessments, and coaching on planning, risk, communication, and execution. - Personally manage select high-visibility, complex, or strategic AV integration projects, including plans, schedules, budgets, and work breakdown structures. - Coordinate cross-functional resources across engineering, IT, cloud services, procurement, and managed services to ensure delivery readiness. - Track project financials, forecasts, and profitability metrics, and report on portfolio health, delivery timelines, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. - Build relationships with customer leadership and technical teams, providing strategic guidance on AV integration initiatives and future planning.
Requirements - Extensive hands-on experience with audiovisual systems, ideally within integration or related technology environments. - Proven project or program management experience, preferably in AV integration or a closely related technology field. - Strong leadership and team management capabilities, including coaching and developing project managers. - Expertise in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required. - PMP certification preferred.
Benefits and work setup - Remote position, ideally based in New Jersey, on a full-time 12-month rolling contract. - Salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 depending on experience, plus a benefits package that includes a 401k plan and a Flex 125 benefits arrangement. - Three-stage interview process combining virtual and face-to-face conversations.
