Job details
About this role
Role overview Own technical delivery for a portfolio of digital healthcare communications, from initial request qualification through launch. The work spans websites, microsites, email, banners, interactive experiences, and other digital deliverables, coordinating in-house developers and specialist vendors. The role focuses on making sure work is properly scoped, realistically estimated, routed to the right team, and delivered to specification and schedule, while applying AI where it improves delivery.
Responsibilities - Triage incoming requests, identify deliverable type, complexity, and dependencies, and return incomplete briefs for the information needed to estimate and build. - Validate effort estimates before work is committed, using established estimation tools and rate structures. - Choose between internal teams and vendors based on capacity, client constraints, technical dependencies, and commercial considerations. - Coordinate vendor delivery, track milestones and spend against agreements, and address quality or commercial concerns with the appropriate leads. - Manage the technical delivery lifecycle from kickoff through reviews, regulatory submission readiness, quality assurance, user acceptance, and launch. - Monitor progress and dependencies across concurrent projects, raise risks early, and ensure each milestone is ready before it advances.
Benefits and work setup The position is described as hybrid or remote within the United States, depending on team and business needs. Listed office locations include New York City, Boston, Chicago, Lambertville, San Francisco, and Carmel, Indiana. Employees within an hour of an office are expected to attend in person two days per week; arrangements may vary by location and role.
