AI Agent Developer (n8n + WhatsApp)

Role overview Build and maintain AI agents and business automations for small and medium-sized organizations working across Latin America. The role combines workflow development, messaging and CRM integrations, and practical use of large language models, with responsibility for documenting and supporting solutions used by real clients.

Responsibilities - Create agents and automated workflows using n8n. - Connect WhatsApp Business, CRM platforms, and other services through APIs. - Develop LLM workflows using prompts, context, and introductory retrieval-augmented generation techniques. - Document deployed agents and maintain them as client needs evolve.

Requirements - 1–3 years of development or automation experience. - Experience with n8n, or with tools such as Make or Zapier and readiness to transition to n8n. - Experience with, or a strong interest in, the WhatsApp Business API. - Working proficiency in at least one programming language. - Familiarity with LLM basics, including context, tokens, temperature, and RAG. - Ability to work independently and deliver against agreed outcomes.

Nice to have - Familiarity with Supabase or Postgres, vector databases, MCP, Git, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, LangChain, or LangGraph.
