LLM Engineer

Role overview Build and deliver AI-powered voice and chat agents for production use. The role spans agent design and evaluation, safety measures, and integrations with customer-management and telephony systems, with work organized into four-week delivery cycles on a remote, globally distributed team.

Responsibilities - Develop voice and chat agents intended for real-world deployment. - Create and refine prompts, and evaluate agent behavior. - Add guardrails to support controlled and dependable interactions. - Integrate agents with CRM platforms and phone systems. - Deliver work in 28-day sprints while collaborating remotely across locations.
