Role overview
This remote Senior Solutions Engineer role serves as the technical authority on the sales team, translating a trust and identity platform into tailored solutions for enterprise customers. The position focuses on driving technical wins across verticals such as medical services, manufacturing, and financial services, partnering closely with account executives and integration engineers under a "one team" sales culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions with key clients, uncovering requirements and proposing solutions aligned to their business objectives. - Drive solution development for major accounts, ensuring proposed architectures are technically robust and tailored to customer needs. - Provide advanced technical guidance to both internal teams and clients, acting as a subject matter expert. - Contribute to strategic sales initiatives by connecting deep product knowledge with customer use cases. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and other teams to keep customer requirements reflected in the roadmap. - Mentor junior team members, share best practices, and participate in product testing and feedback loops.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Extensive track record leading technical discussions and solution development for key enterprise accounts. - Familiarity with enterprise software, identity, and security solutions, plus networking fundamentals such as Active Directory, PKI, digital certificates, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, Azure, AWS, and GCP. - Hands-on experience with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud. - Ability to independently run large customer meetings (onsite and virtual) and produce a documented recommended architecture and deployment roadmap.
