Role overview A Product Manager role shaping the roadmap and execution of enterprise capabilities supporting product configuration, pricing, fulfillment, and provisioning within Product Business Systems. The position supports both the current operating environment and a broader transformation toward a more scalable, automated, future-state architecture.
Responsibilities - Define and manage the product roadmap across product configuration, pricing, fulfillment, and provisioning capabilities - Serve as a subject matter expert across current and future-state systems spanning major CRM, ERP, and integration platforms - Partner with finance, billing, revenue operations, sales operations, customer operations, product, engineering, architecture, security, and IT to prioritize initiatives - Balance legacy investment with future-state transformation, prioritizing work that reduces risk or improves migration readiness - Mature the operating model by simplifying processes, clarifying ownership, and strengthening governance across teams - Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, billing accuracy, fulfillment quality, and operational scalability
Requirements - Seven or more years of experience in product ownership, business systems analysis, CRM systems, revenue operations, or enterprise solution delivery - Deep expertise in Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, or subscription lifecycle processes within enterprise SaaS - Hands-on experience with software license provisioning, entitlement management, and integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi - Experience with usage-based pricing models, including usage capture, rating, and overage management - Strong working knowledge of CPQ, revenue cloud, subscription billing, payment platforms, and comparable enterprise systems - Demonstrated success managing cross-functional Agile teams and driving enterprise-scale initiatives to completion
Nice to have - Familiarity with bundle modeling, dynamic pricing strategies, and software license lifecycle management - Background supporting transformation efforts that move organizations from fragmented manual workflows toward standardized global capabilities
