Job details
About this role
Role overview Take ownership of the integration surface for a modern background-check and screening platform that pushes the boundaries of workflow automation for the staffing industry. The Senior Product Manager of Integrations will lead how AI-driven screening products reach customers inside the ATS, HRIS, HCM, and VMS systems they already use, while owning the roadmap for partner integrations and the public API.
Responsibilities - Define the integration story for each new AI agent and screening product, deciding which partner surfaces it lands on and what changes are needed in the API or partner integration to support it. - Own the long-term roadmap for major partner integrations (such as Bullhorn, Symplr CTM, and Workday), including data flows, status mapping, error handling, and standardize-versus-accommodate decisions. - Lead customer-facing discovery and scoping sessions on new deals, including enterprise healthcare staffing implementations, and stay engaged through implementation. - Work directly with partner product and engineering teams, influencing external roadmaps where needed. - Translate input from customers, partners, and internal teams into clear, written, prioritized requirements.
Requirements - 6+ years of product management experience, with several years focused on technical integrations. - Breadth of integration patterns across multiple systems; more important than depth in any single platform. - Direct experience owning partner or API integrations as an ongoing product rather than a one-time project. - Comfort presenting to customers in pre-sales contexts, with technical buyers and operations leaders. - Technical fluency to work directly with engineers on APIs, webhooks, data models, and error handling. - Comfort collaborating with external partner teams and influencing roadmaps you do not control.
Nice to have - Background in healthcare staffing, background screening, credentialing, or compliance; familiarity with locum tenens/physician credentialing is a plus. - Experience with ATS, VMS, HCM, or HRIS ecosystems. - Developer experience or API product work. - Experience bringing AI or automation features into third-party systems.
Benefits and work setup - Base compensation of $160,000–$180,000 for U.S.-based work, depending on experience and location. - 100% remote environment with limited required travel; Eastern Time (EST) working hours preferred. - Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), HSA, and FSA. - $50 monthly allowance for physical or mental wellness, plus an unlimited time off policy.
