Role overview

This is a senior Product Delivery Manager position based remotely in Bulgaria, aligned to a large-scale IT and telecommunications infrastructure migration program. The role requires consistent availability during US Eastern or Central Time working hours and operates as a permanent, full-time assignment within the director-level infrastructure track.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure products tied to the migration program, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality targets are met - Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams spanning multiple regions and time zones to keep program milestones on track - Manage stakeholder communication, status reporting, and governance forums during US business hours - Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue escalation across the delivery lifecycle - Partner with engineering, operations, and program leadership to align execution priorities

Requirements

- Significant senior-level experience in product or program delivery management within IT or telecommunications infrastructure - Permanent residence and ability to work remotely from Bulgaria - Willingness and ability to align working hours with US Eastern or Central Time zones - Demonstrated track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder infrastructure or migration programs - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills suited to globally distributed teams - Professional fluency in English
