Middle Full-Stack Engineer (.Net/React)

Role overview

Build and evolve a customer communications platform used to coordinate messages to customers and professional experts across channels such as email, text messaging, and instant messaging. This mid-level full-stack role combines backend and frontend development, with opportunities to contribute to AI-enabled messaging and development workflows. You will work with product, analytics, and business partners to shape and deliver scalable web features.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain communication platform features across the .NET backend and web frontend. - Build interfaces with React, Redux, TypeScript, and JavaScript, and implement server-side logic and REST APIs. - Explore language model applications for code generation, verification, and intelligent messaging. - Design scalable web applications and improve database queries and application performance for large workloads. - Write unit and integration tests, apply test-driven practices, and support automated quality checks. - Collaborate on requirements, participate in Agile delivery, code reviews, and design discussions, and help improve team practices.

Requirements

- At least three years of commercial software development experience delivering reliable, scalable solutions. - Proficiency with C#/.NET, SQL, JavaScript, and frontend tools including React, Redux, and TypeScript. - Experience with Git, automated unit and integration testing, and test-driven development. - Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery and continuous integration and deployment practices. - Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems. - Ability to work across functions and support less experienced developers; intermediate or higher English proficiency. - A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is listed as a qualification.

Experience with CRM systems or customer communications products.
