About this role

Role overview

Build and own substantial parts of an enterprise AI software product, taking features from early ideas through production. The hands-on role spans user-facing interfaces, backend services, APIs, and AI agents, as well as internal tools that reduce manual work across business teams.

Responsibilities

- Develop and ship customer-facing product features from concept to production. - Partner with engineering, product, and design to plan, architect, and deliver features. - Build AI agents, backend services, APIs, and web interfaces. - Work with teams such as go-to-market, finance, and customer support to create internal tools and streamline workflows. - Take ownership of a product area, making progress through ambiguous problems and adapting as priorities change. - Iterate quickly, using feedback from users and teammates to improve shipped work.

Requirements

- Around two to four years of professional full-stack software development experience. - Experience building and maintaining production systems used by real users. - Comfort working across both frontend and backend, learning unfamiliar tools, and building new capabilities from scratch. - Strong product and design judgment, with the ability to recognize and pursue a high-quality user experience. - Clear communication, sound time and priority management, and comfort collaborating when requirements are uncertain. - Regular use of AI coding tools and an ongoing interest in new language models, agent frameworks, and related tools.

Nice to have

- Experience at an early-stage startup or building personal products.

Benefits and work setup

- Work spans customer features and internal tools, with close collaboration across product, design, operations, go-to-market, data, and customer support. - Priorities can shift, and the team favors frequent releases and rapid experimentation. The role offers substantial individual ownership without highly structured day-to-day management. - Flexible scheduling is described alongside expectations for substantial effort at the current stage. The listing offers unlimited paid time off and a minimum 20-day vacation policy.
