Job details
About this role
Role overview Own the technical certification and partner implementation processes that help healthcare data integrations go live accurately and on time. You will coordinate a large queue of active work with external lab partners and internal teams, investigate data issues directly, and write scripts or build automations to reduce repetitive steps. The role blends implementation operations, partner communication, and practical coding, with room to identify and automate additional workflows.
Responsibilities - Manage lab certification requests end to end: define test plans, run cases, track progress, and resolve blockers. - Keep multiple account certifications moving, with clear owners, statuses, and next steps. - Coordinate test cases and issues with lab partners, and manage related account setup and pricing requests. - Investigate backend, database, and API behavior when data does not arrive as expected; make practical fixes using scripts or queries. - Automate repeatable certification and partner workflows using code and AI tools. - Maintain setup and certification documentation for customers and internal teams, and identify further processes to streamline.
Requirements - At least two years in implementations, integrations, or technical support for an API-based or similarly technical product. - Experience working in a partner ecosystem and understanding how changes affect partners, customers, and downstream users. - Ability to make and ship code changes independently, not just read or review code. - Practical SQL skills and scripting ability in Python or JavaScript. - Strong project coordination skills to manage many concurrent requests without losing track of details. - Proactive ownership, dependable communication, and responsiveness with external partners. - Regular use of AI tools in day-to-day work, especially to improve repetitive processes.
Nice to have - Familiarity with healthcare or laboratory data, including HL7, results interfaces, or electronic medical records.
Benefits and work setup - Remote-first, with candidates required to be physically based in GMT or EST time zones; visa sponsorship is unavailable. - Benefits listed include equity, team offsites, monthly learning and wellness budgets, home office and coworking support, 36 days of paid leave including public holidays, healthcare coverage, and a pension or 401(k) contribution. - Additional offerings include annual blood testing and enhanced parental, foster, and adoption leave. Compensation depends on location and experience.
