Full Stack Engineer

Role overview Build and own features for an enterprise AI software product, working across the interface, backend services, APIs, and AI agents. You’ll take work from early planning through production and partner with product, design, engineering, and operational teams to improve both customer experiences and internal workflows.

Responsibilities - Plan, build, launch, and maintain user-facing features from concept to production. - Design and implement AI agents, backend services, APIs, and web interfaces. - Work with product, design, and engineering colleagues to scope and ship features. - Partner with teams such as finance, customer support, and go-to-market to build tools that reduce manual work. - Use feedback and experimentation to refine shipped features and choose what to build next.

Requirements - Around 2–4 years of professional full-stack development experience. - Experience building and maintaining production systems used by real users. - Ability to work across frontend and backend and learn unfamiliar tools as needed. - Strong product judgment and attention to design quality. - Ownership, clear communication, and effective prioritization, especially when requirements are ambiguous. - Active use of AI coding tools and interest in current LLMs, agent frameworks, and related tooling.

Nice to have - Experience at an early-stage startup or building independent products.
