Full Stack Software Engineer, Support Operations

Role overview Build and operate the software systems that connect customers seeking help with the teams that resolve their issues. The work spans customer-facing and internal experiences, routing and decision tools, integrations, automation and observability, with a focus on improving how support and business teams work with customers. You will partner with core engineering to ship production software and remain responsible for its quality and ongoing operation.

Responsibilities - Develop routing and decision systems that direct work using multiple signals and can adapt as operations grow. - Build AI-assisted experiences that interpret requests, suggest next steps and hand off to people when needed. - Create production-ready tools for support, revenue operations and go-to-market teams. - Connect business and engineering systems through APIs, webhooks and integrations. - Automate repetitive processes and add monitoring that helps teams identify failures and trust their workflows. - Own delivery through code review, testing, monitoring and continuous improvement.

Requirements - 3–5 years building and shipping full-stack production software using TypeScript or JavaScript, Node.js, React or comparable tools. - Experience with APIs, webhooks and integrations across distributed systems. - Direct experience supporting support, customer success or revenue operations teams, either in a support role or by building their tools. - Confidence using Git and safe, version-controlled deployment practices. - Ability to turn operational needs into clear solutions for non-engineering colleagues and own work end to end. - Comfort using AI development tools thoughtfully as part of day-to-day work.

Nice to have - Production experience with LLM features such as routing, retrieval, evaluation or observability. - Salesforce platform skills, including Apex, Lightning components or Flows; experience with support and incident tools or their APIs. - Familiarity with analytical databases, or experience in a greenfield team or business systems function.
