Full Stack Engineer

Role overview

A hands-on engineering role on an enterprise AI SaaS product, owning meaningful product pieces end-to-end. The position spans both customer-facing experiences and internal operations tooling, working across the stack to ship AI-powered functionality with real responsibility for outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Own and deliver user-facing product features from initial idea through production launch - Partner with engineering, product, and design to plan, architect, and ship features - Design and implement AI agents, backend services, APIs, and web interfaces - Build internal tools for functions like GTM, finance, and customer support to eliminate manual workflows - Iterate rapidly using the latest AI-assisted development tooling and infrastructure

Requirements

- 2-4 years of professional full-stack software development experience - Active daily user of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex - Hands-on experience building and maintaining production systems used by real customers - Strong product and design instincts and a clear sense of what good looks like - Ability to independently drive a substantial portion of a product, managing own time and priorities - Comfortable moving across frontend and backend as needed and learning new tools quickly

Nice to have

- Experience at early-stage startups or building personal products from scratch - Familiarity with animation, interaction design, or interface-craft resources
