Role overview
Lead engineering, security, and lifecycle management for enterprise Mac and mobile services. The role combines hands-on endpoint platform work with team leadership, using generative and agentic AI to automate support and operations while maintaining strong security, privacy, and governance controls.
Responsibilities
- Set the AI strategy for Mac and mobile services and prioritize uses that improve support, security, and employee experience. - Design and operate AI agents for proactive issue remediation, compliance monitoring, security response, and self-service, with approval steps and audit controls. - Integrate AI capabilities with endpoint tools and platforms, and partner with security, privacy, legal, and governance teams on safeguards. - Lead device management, provisioning, remote support, and security across onsite, hybrid, and remote workforces. - Direct migration from Jamf Pro to Microsoft Intune and support broader Mac adoption, including readiness, communications, and support enablement. - Guide mobile platform strategy, acquisition and divestiture endpoint work, vendor relationships, and outcome measurement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. - At least eight years running enterprise IT services, technical products, or projects. - At least four years managing macOS, iOS, and Android devices at enterprise scale with Intune and Jamf. - Hands-on experience building agentic AI workflows and automations using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, ServiceNow, or similar platforms. - Working knowledge of LLM concepts such as prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, and Model Context Protocol. - Understanding of AI security and governance, including agent permissions and data protection.
Benefits and work setup
- Remote work may be considered on a case-by-case basis. The role supports a global endpoint environment. - Base pay range is $117,000–$201,250. The position is eligible for a long-term incentive program, retirement and savings plans, and a range of paid time off and leave benefits.
