About this role
Role overview This is a customer-facing technical role focused on helping enterprise software development teams adopt and get value from a portfolio of developer tooling products. The position partners closely with sales and engineering to build deep technical relationships with strategic accounts and grow long-term partnerships across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities - Partner with account executives to drive adoption of the product suite, including architecture guidance, whiteboarding sessions, and help overcoming technical and cultural barriers. - Manage the technical relationship for a portfolio of accounts, co-authoring and executing account strategies with the broader account team. - Serve as the customer advocate inside the organization, representing account feedback to support, product engineering, and other internal teams. - Recommend product enhancements and help product teams evaluate new ideas with the customer portfolio. - Act as a trusted technical advisor, staying current on industry trends and shaping short- and long-term account plans that support expansion.
Requirements - Proven background in technical consulting, technical customer success, or another customer-facing technical role. - Broad hands-on experience in software development, QA, IT, DevOps, ML, or related disciplines, ideally across multiple fields. - Practical knowledge of AI and large language models applied to software development. - Strong written and verbal communication in English plus the local language of the office, with confident presentation skills. - Ability to translate technical concepts for audiences of varied backgrounds and to navigate fast-paced, dynamic environments. - Collaborative mindset, self-direction, resourcefulness, and willingness to travel roughly 25% of the time.
