Role overview

Build and operate the automation, integrations, and AI-assisted workflows that support a digital customer-success program at scale. This role turns defined strategy and requirements into reliable technology for proactive, personalized engagement, while partnering with strategy, analytics, data, and customer-success teams.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain automation, agentic workflows, in-app guidance, and integrations connecting customer-success platforms, data warehouses, CRM systems, and collaboration tools. - Translate strategic requirements into scoped, tested, and deployable technology components. - Monitor production workflows, troubleshoot failures, manage versions, and improve operational reliability. - Convert adoption, health, and usage signals into targeting logic, triggers, and personalized engagement flows. - Apply agent and prompt engineering, connector-based workflows, and other modern development practices while reviewing AI-generated outputs for accuracy. - Implement safeguards such as draft-first review, human approval, and governance controls for automated customer-facing communications. - Partner with analytics and data teams on definitions, pipelines, and source data; document and package solutions for reuse and handoff.

Requirements

- At least four years in a technical build role such as software, automation, solutions, integration, or analytics engineering. - Practical experience with APIs, data connectors, scripting, or low-code automation across business systems. - Ability to turn specifications and priorities into working, tested technology with appropriate version control and modern software or data practices. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work from direction and coordinate across technical and customer-facing teams. - Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

- Experience with AI-assisted development, agent or prompt engineering, or connector-based workflows. - Familiarity with customer-success data, engagement metrics, or SaaS operating environments.
