About this role
Role overview Review client IT environments remotely, identify gaps against technical standards, and help bring systems into alignment. The work spans infrastructure assessments, documentation, risk identification, maintenance recommendations, and coordination with clients and internal technical teams.
Responsibilities - Conduct remote reviews of client systems and document findings, recommendations, and alignment work. - Maintain client-specific standards templates as technologies and environments change, and keep technical records accurate and current. - Identify technical risks, recommend improvements, and coordinate appropriate follow-up with internal teams. - Review project outcomes and documentation for completeness, quality, and execution. - Support standards governance, contribute to a shared standards library, and participate in review and alignment discussions. - Maintain client relationships, advise clients and contractors, and help train or mentor colleagues as needed.
Requirements - Three or more years of IT administration or technical support experience, or equivalent experience. - Knowledge of IT and telecommunications infrastructure, hardware, software, networks, workstations, and Windows operating systems. - Familiarity with web and internet technologies; a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent background. - Strong written and spoken English, client-service skills, attention to detail, and clear communication. - Able to organize competing tasks, solve problems, learn new technologies, and work both independently and with a team. - Able to work full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Eastern Time, and complete online behavioral and cognitive assessments.

The listing states pay starts at $7.03 per hour and may vary by experience and location.
