Senior Product Manager

Role overview Own the roadmap and delivery of core data and product platforms that support pricing, risk decisions, and AI across the insurance policy lifecycle. You’ll work across engineering, data science, actuarial, go-to-market, and customer-facing teams to turn complex data and model capabilities into useful products. The role is open to candidates in any location, with a distributed team across the US and India.

Responsibilities - Set product priorities and drive work from roadmap through launch. - Gather needs from customers, brokers, and underwriters, then focus teams on the most valuable problems. - Align engineering, data science, actuarial, and go-to-market teams around a coherent product direction. - Develop a longer-term product vision, beginning with pricing and expanding across the product suite.

Requirements - 4–7 years in product management or an equivalent role; experience shipping new products from inception is preferred. - Strong quantitative judgment and comfort investigating data and explaining what it shows. - Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain complex decisions to customers and internal stakeholders. - Credibility with engineering and data science partners, and the ability to make sound technical decisions. - Experience driving cross-functional teams to deliver on demanding timelines, with end-to-end ownership in a fast-changing environment. - An undergraduate degree in a technical field is preferred; an advanced degree in a relevant area is a plus.

Nice to have - Experience with products where pricing or risk models directly affect revenue, such as insurance, lending, or marketplaces. - B2B or fintech experience.
