Role overview
This senior Technical Program Manager role drives finance transformation initiatives spanning Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Treasury. The position blends program leadership with finance and accounting analysis, coordinating technology-enabled business change across multiple interdependent workstreams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead finance transformation workstreams across Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and adjacent teams, keeping delivery aligned with business priorities and program milestones - Manage scope definition, requirements gathering, schedule development, progress tracking, and delivery coordination across established project workstreams - Partner with business, technical, and senior stakeholders to communicate priorities, unblock issues, and maintain alignment across interdependent initiatives - Build and maintain project plans, status reports, risk assessments, contingency plans, and decision-support materials to enable informed execution - Monitor risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, surfacing blockers early and implementing mitigation strategies as priorities shift - Apply finance and accounting analysis to evaluate trade-offs, model project impacts, and shape business and technology solutions - Drive execution in ambiguous settings by clarifying requirements, documenting decisions, and following up on outstanding actions
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in program management, project management, finance, accounting, or closely related disciplines - Demonstrated background in finance or accounting analysis focused on decision support rather than primarily transactional activity - Strong program and project management experience including planning, scheduling, tracking, risk management, and cross-functional delivery - Track record managing complex initiatives with interdependencies, competing priorities, and shifting timelines - Experience coordinating stakeholders across business and technical teams within large, complex organizations - Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and how it applies to program and project delivery - Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or computer engineering, or in finance or corporate development
Nice to have
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Project Management Professional (PMP) or other PMI certification - Experience using AI-powered tools to support program execution, analysis, and productivity - Hands-on work supporting finance transformation initiatives that touch Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, or financial systems
