About this role
Role overview A Project Coordinator IV is needed to drive technical product operations and program execution across multiple products and platforms. The role combines data analysis, automation, and AI-assisted tooling to improve product quality, accelerate delivery, and shape business outcomes while coordinating across product, engineering, legal, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities - Drive program execution across multiple products and platforms, including launching 0-to-1 initiatives and accelerating delivery. - Analyze product data with advanced SQL, including CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and data transformations. - Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that enable real-time decisions. - Leverage AI agents and AI-assisted tools to automate workflows and prototype technical solutions. - Identify program risks early and develop data-backed mitigation plans. - Coordinate with product, engineering, legal, and cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and improve scalability. - Contribute to internal practice communities, thought leadership, case studies, and learning materials.
Requirements - 8+ years in consulting, strategy, operations, technical product operations, or program management. - Advanced SQL proficiency with CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and transformations. - Hands-on experience with AI agents and AI-assisted workflows for analysis and automation. - Expert-level Google Workspace skills, especially complex Google Sheets formulas, pivot tables, and automation. - Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent workstreams. - Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to learn new domains rapidly. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Nice to have - Background supporting product operations inside a large technology organization. - Experience with AI-assisted development, low-code or no-code prototyping, or AI-assisted code generation. - Familiarity with VS Code or similar environments, Tableau or Looker, and data pipelines or ETL. - Experience partnering with engineering on technical specifications, QA, triage, ML/AI validation, or testing strategies.
