ServiceNow Developer

Role overview This position develops, configures, supports, and enhances applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform for a large public university environment. Working with analysts, architects, and campus stakeholders, the role contributes to operational automation, integrations, and service delivery improvements across the institution.

Responsibilities - Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow functionality supporting operational reliability and long-term platform maintainability - Translate business needs into technical solutions and troubleshoot complex platform issues - Participate in project work, production support, workflow automation, integrations, upgrades, and platform enhancements - Follow established technical standards and governance practices throughout the development lifecycle

Requirements - Bachelor's degree and five years of related experience - ServiceNow software development experience - Working knowledge of JavaScript and AJAX - Familiarity with HTML and CSS - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without sponsorship

Nice to have - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credential - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer credential
