About this role
Role overview This position leads an agile backend team developing digital products that support the e-mobility ecosystem. Operating within a SAFe Agile Release Train, the IT Product Owner translates strategic vision into a prioritized, value-driven delivery roadmap. The role bridges business stakeholders, product management, and system architects to ensure consistent, high-quality backend outcomes across planning intervals.
Responsibilities - Gather, clarify, and evaluate stakeholder needs, making transparent trade-offs across value, feasibility, risk, and dependencies - Align priorities, scope boundaries, assumptions, and decisions with business and technical partners, helping shape the evolution of the domain roadmap - Build and maintain a prioritized product backlog, structured into incremental releases - Convert product features into detailed technical user stories for backend services and domain logic, with clear functional and non-functional acceptance criteria - Coordinate with peer Product Owners on cross-domain integration points to keep releases coherent - Track progress, surface risks and dependencies, and help prioritize production issue resolution while contributing actively to Scrum and SAFe ceremonies
Requirements - Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 2-5 years of experience as an IT Product Owner working with agile development teams - Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to align business and technical stakeholders - Solid understanding of SAFe at team and program level, including ART ceremonies and PI planning - Sound knowledge of backend development, APIs, and domain-driven system design - Proven experience in requirements analysis, story slicing, and prioritization, with a quality mindset covering testability, NFRs, and Definition of Ready / Definition of Done - Very good English communication skills
