About this role
Role overview
This Senior Implementation Manager role leads multi-site rollouts of a connected hardware and software ecosystem used by senior-living operators, with a focus on strategic customer accounts. Travel up to 80%, sometimes on short notice, is expected to support customer engagements nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-site implementations, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and meets customer-satisfaction and operational KPIs across both hardware and software components. - Own the complete project lifecycle: sales handoff, initial scoping, installation, training, and post-implementation transition to a clinical success manager. - Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic and enterprise customers, building strong operational and tactical relationships with key stakeholders. - Partner with Go-to-Market, operations, product support, and other internal teams to tailor solutions to each customer's needs and ensure smooth handoffs. - Drive continuous improvement of the end-to-end implementation process using lean tools such as value-stream mapping and similar methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, or a closely related field. - At least 8 years of experience in implementation, project management, or professional services, including work supporting strategic or enterprise accounts. - Proven track record delivering complex hardware-and-software deployments on time and within budget, ideally within health-tech or high-tech environments. - Strong project-management skills; PMP certification is strongly preferred. - Familiarity with lean tools and methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across internal and external stakeholders and travel up to 80% on short notice.
Nice to have
- Prior experience implementing technology solutions within senior-living, healthcare, or similarly regulated environments. - Background supporting clinical or care-operations workflows where adoption and training are critical to success.
Benefits and work setup
