Role overview A senior engineering opportunity is open for a full-stack developer working primarily with Angular on the front end and Node.js on the back end. The position sits inside a digital services organization that builds software across multiple industry verticals and serves a globally distributed client base. The role is suited to an experienced engineer who can take ownership across the full delivery stack.
Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain web applications using Angular for the front end and Node.js for back-end services. - Collaborate with product, design, and QA teammates to translate requirements into reliable, production-ready features. - Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices across the full stack. - Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues in deployed systems. - Mentor less experienced engineers and help raise the technical bar within the team.
Requirements - Several years of professional experience as a full-stack software engineer, with a track record of senior-level ownership. - Strong proficiency in Angular for building modern, component-based user interfaces. - Solid experience with Node.js and related back-end frameworks, APIs, and service design. - Familiarity with relational and/or non-relational databases, testing practices, and CI/CD workflows. - Comfort working in a remote-first, distributed team environment with asynchronous communication. - Upper-intermediate or higher English for day-to-day collaboration.
Nice to have - Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Experience working in or alongside outsourcing, consulting, or product delivery organizations. - Background contributing to mentoring, interviewing, or onboarding processes.
