About this role
Role overview
Build and evolve core infrastructure for an interoperable decentralized finance blockchain. This role combines protocol engineering, performance optimization, financial-market infrastructure, and open-source development within a distributed engineering team. You will help turn new chain capabilities from research and specifications into tested, production-ready systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and test protocol components such as a decentralized order book, trade execution coordinator, order matcher, and Layer-2 execution environment. - Improve blockchain performance and scalability across consensus, state management, key-value storage, processing logic, and financial applications. - Create open-source Go clients that let users interact directly with the protocol and smart contracts. - Research and implement new blockchain features, including improvements to decentralized exchange and DeFi capabilities. - Partner with frontend, backend, and quality-assurance engineers to deliver complete blockchain solutions. - Work with external partners and open-source communities to strengthen the surrounding ecosystem.
Requirements
