Agentic AI Engineer

Role overview Build and operate autonomous AI systems that support complex reasoning, campaign matching, and real-time decisions. The work spans agent design, retrieval and search infrastructure, and backend services, with responsibility for bringing these capabilities into a core product.

Responsibilities - Design and deploy agent workflows with LangChain, LangGraph, or comparable tools. - Build and improve scalable retrieval-augmented generation pipelines. - Develop reliable API endpoints using FastAPI. - Own LLM orchestration and semantic search components. - Work with product and engineering colleagues to integrate AI capabilities.

Requirements - Strong understanding of agent architectures and LLM reasoning. - Production experience with an agent framework such as LangChain or LangGraph. - Backend development skills in Python and FastAPI. - Experience with vector databases and production RAG systems. - Ability to work proactively and reason from first principles.
