AI Engineer

Role overview Build and improve core capabilities of a production voice AI agent. The role combines software engineering, system design, empirical experimentation, model infrastructure, tool integrations, and production workflows to make conversational AI dependable at scale. The position is fully remote within the United States and does not offer visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities - Develop major capabilities for a voice AI agent. - Build infrastructure for model training and inference. - Connect AI agents with external tools and services. - Design and improve production AI workflows. - Collaborate across engineering, product design, and empirical science. - Help improve the reliability and usefulness of voice interactions.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience. - Significant software development experience. - Experience building and shipping products used by customers.
