AI Engineer

Role overview This position is for an AI engineer building core capabilities of a voice AI agent serving the restaurant drive-thru and phone-ordering market. The role spans building and refining agent capabilities, model training and inference infrastructure, tool integrations, and production AI workflows. Work blends engineering, design, and empirical science within a small, customer-focused team.

Responsibilities - Build and refine major capabilities of the voice AI agent - Develop model training and inference infrastructure - Connect the agent with external tools and services - Help establish the most trusted voice AI agent for production use - Apply engineering, design, and empirical methods to ship continuous product improvements

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience - Significant software development experience with products that shipped to real customers
