Technical Account Manager

Role overview Build trusted relationships with enterprise customers and guide their cybersecurity initiatives, product adoption, and technical planning. The role combines account advisory work with project coordination and architectural guidance, helping customers operate secure environments and ensuring their concerns reach the right internal teams.

Responsibilities - Learn each customer’s strategic goals and connect technical initiatives to business outcomes. - Coordinate customer projects and provide architectural guidance for cybersecurity and Zero Trust programs. - Advise on best practices, support solution adoption, and lead complex requests across concurrent engagements. - Conduct environment health checks, document findings, and recommend improvements. - Proactively help customers prevent or mitigate issues and advocate internally for timely escalation resolution. - Share customer use cases and product feedback with product teams, and report on project health and progress.

Requirements - Five to ten years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS software. - Experience deploying enterprise security solutions and a strong technical foundation in cybersecurity products, firewalls, Zero Trust, and security practices. - Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to security practitioners, architects, and executives. - Strong presentation, relationship-building, problem-solving, and business judgment skills. - Ability to influence internal and customer stakeholders and work independently as well as collaboratively. - Willingness to travel about 30% for customer visits, with occasional additional travel for training or conferences.

Nice to have A degree in engineering or science; networking knowledge, including routers, switches, and load balancers; experience integrating varied security environments; and familiarity with SIEM or SOAR tools. Background in data center infrastructure, operating systems, desktop deployments, system administration, technical architecture, or relevant certifications is also useful.
