Sr. Technical Account Manager

Role overview Serve as a senior technical advisor to enterprise customers using cybersecurity products, helping them maintain secure, resilient deployments and get lasting value from their security investments. The work combines account relationships, project coordination, architectural guidance, proactive health reviews, and escalation ownership across concurrent customer engagements.

Responsibilities - Build long-term relationships with customer stakeholders and understand their strategic goals and business needs. - Coordinate security initiatives and provide architectural guidance on cyber security and Zero Trust deployments. - Advise customers on best practices, product adoption, and ways to prevent or reduce operational issues. - Perform environment health checks, document findings, and recommend improvements. - Represent customer needs internally, provide product feedback, and drive escalations toward timely resolution. - Track project health and progress with metrics and reports while managing several customer requests at once.

Requirements - Five to ten years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS software. - Experience deploying enterprise security solutions and a strong foundation in cybersecurity products, firewalls, Zero Trust, and security practices. - Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to security practitioners, architects, and executives. - Strong customer relationship, presentation, problem-solving, and influencing skills. - Able to work independently and collaboratively across customer and internal teams. - Willingness to travel about 30% for customer visits, with additional travel possible for training or conferences.

Nice to have - Engineering or science degree, or relevant technical certifications. - Background in data center infrastructure, operating systems, desktop deployments, system administration, or technical architecture. - Knowledge of networking equipment and products from multiple security vendors. - Experience integrating varied security environments or familiarity with enterprise SIEM and SOAR.
