Role overview

Senior full-stack engineering position focused on building enterprise B2B software through AI-native development practices. The central mission is to create the tools, context, rules, and verification loops that allow AI agents to complete substantial engineering work reliably, while you retain end-to-end ownership of product quality and delivery.

Responsibilities

- Design and improve reusable engineering harnesses that help agents plan, implement, test, and verify complete units of work. - Coordinate multiple agents across user interfaces, APIs or GraphQL, backend services, and containerized environments. - Deliver enterprise-grade features across the stack, from specification through release. - Establish quality loops that prevent regressions, support clean first-pass reviews, and enforce product standards. - Share reusable rules, skills, context, and tooling with the wider engineering team. - Mentor junior engineers and surface delivery or architectural risks early.

Requirements

- Senior-level experience delivering full-stack software for enterprise or B2B products. - Ability to reason across UI, API or GraphQL, backend services, and containerized systems. - Demonstrated ability to use AI agents as part of an engineering workflow and to build verification around their output. - Strong ownership of specifications, testing, code quality, reviews, and production outcomes. - Good product judgment and communication skills in an asynchronous environment.

Nice to have

- Experience with large-scale SaaS products, GraphQL APIs, containerized services, or AWS. - Experience creating reusable internal tooling, rules, agent skills, or MCP-based workflows that measurably improve team output.
