Role overview
Senior quality engineering role focused on building AI-assisted testing practices for web applications. You will own automation strategy, improve regression confidence, use production data to guide quality decisions, and work closely with engineering throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain end-to-end test automation strategies for assigned product areas. - Build, refactor, and operate Selenium-based frameworks and reliable regression suites. - Use generative AI tools to accelerate test creation, broaden coverage, and uncover edge cases. - Integrate automated checks into Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps pipelines. - Analyze SQL data, logs, telemetry, and quality metrics to identify failure patterns and prioritize fixes. - Mentor junior QA engineers in automation architecture, AI-assisted testing, and data-informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience in test automation and quality engineering. - Practical expertise with Selenium and web application testing. - Experience integrating automated tests into at least one CI/CD platform, such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. - Ability to work with SQL, log analysis, and visualization tools such as Grafana or Tableau. - Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical results in business terms. - Self-directed approach suited to asynchronous, remote collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or Playwright. - Familiarity with JMeter, k6, or Locust for performance testing. - Docker or Kubernetes experience, open-source automation contributions, or exposure to security, accessibility, or mobile testing with Appium.
