LIMS Implementation Specialist

Role overview Lead software implementations for biotech and life-science laboratories, helping teams configure digital workflows around samples, experiments, instruments, and quality processes. The role combines customer-facing project leadership with practical lab knowledge: you will translate operational needs into a working LIMS setup, support adoption, and provide product feedback based on real-world use.

Responsibilities - Manage LIMS implementation projects from discovery and workflow definition through configuration, testing, rollout, and follow-up. - Work closely with laboratory stakeholders to understand existing processes, data structures, pain points, and desired improvements. - Configure solutions and help connect laboratory applications, instruments, or external systems where required. - Guide customers through implementation decisions, provide training or demonstrations, and support successful adoption. - Use implementation experience to assess and test new product capabilities, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement. - Communicate customer requirements and practical feedback to internal product and development teams.

Requirements - At least 3 years of professional experience in LIMS implementation, customer success, or a related life-sciences role. - Strong understanding of wet-lab practices and the operational challenges faced by laboratory teams. - Demonstrated experience leading LIMS or laboratory-software implementations. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, project-management, and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including confidence working with sophisticated clients. - Willingness to work occasional non-standard hours to support customers across multiple time zones.
