Delivery Manager

Role overview

This role leads software delivery for a healthcare technology organization, owning on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes across multiple projects. The position partners with product leadership to coordinate feature work, operations and maintenance, security initiatives, and strategic efforts of varied complexity, while running day-to-day delivery operations against the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

- Lead and guide cross-functional squads including developers, QA, and product managers, setting clear priorities and expectations - Act as the primary client contact, delivering consistent project updates and managing ticket systems such as ClickUp, Redmine, or Sugar - Run Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, capturing action items and driving accountability across the lifecycle - Own project scope and change management, ensuring deliverables align with the roadmap and quality standards - Manage day-to-day operations: resource allocation, forecasting, sprint planning, and project status reporting - Ensure the team produces high-quality documentation, including system diagrams and change logs, aligned with product and client standards

Requirements

- At least 4 years in software delivery or technical project management with an Agile development focus - Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams of developers, QA, and product managers - Deep knowledge of Agile principles and hands-on experience facilitating ceremonies and driving sprint execution - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences - Solid skills in risk identification, complex problem solving, and adapting to changes in scope - Experience managing project budgets, resource allocation, and forecasting for large-scale work
