Freelance Graphic Designer (Reviewer) - AI Training

Role overview Review and refine sample graphic design work used to help train AI systems to assess visual quality. This freelance, project-based assignment focuses on evaluating supplied designs against clear criteria and improving a flawed slide for consistency with the surrounding work; it does not involve creating original designs. The initial project is expected to last six weeks, with future projects potentially available.

Responsibilities - Assess design samples for typography, composition, color, hierarchy, layout, execution, and polish. - Apply detailed scoring rubrics consistently across a high volume of examples. - Locate issues in an individual slide, from small formatting problems to changes requiring substantial reconstruction. - Edit the selected slide using the rest of the design as a visual reference. - Flag ambiguous examples and edge cases for review.

Requirements - Degree or certificate in design or the arts. - At least two years of experience in graphic design, social media marketing, or marketing. - Strong knowledge of composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and design effectiveness. - Close attention to detail and ability to stay focused during repetitive review work. - Willingness to receive feedback and recalibrate evaluations.

Nice to have - Experience in design review, art direction, or quality assurance. - Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or comparable design software. - Prior data annotation or AI training experience.
