UI/UX Product Designer

Role overview Own product design for a platform that helps security operations teams investigate and prioritize alerts and guide response workflows. Translate complex technical and user requirements into clear experiences, from early concepts through detailed designs and implementation collaboration.

Responsibilities - Lead UI/UX design across product initiatives, turning requirements into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma. - Work with product, business, and development partners to align designs with user needs and business goals. - Collaborate with frontend developers to support accurate implementation and smooth interactions. - Gather user feedback, conduct interviews, assess requirements, and improve confusing flows. - Present design concepts and process flows, then refine layouts based on feedback. - Create visual assets and maintain design systems, reusable components, and consistent style standards.

Requirements - Product design experience supported by a portfolio of relevant work. - Fluency in Figma and related design tools. - Experience partnering with product and development teams in an agile environment. - Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints. - Strong communication, ownership, and time-management skills. - Ability to understand complex systems and create scalable, practical design solutions.

Nice to have - Experience designing cybersecurity or AI products.
