Role overview The Senior Technical Program Manager for Money Movement drives the planning, coordination, and execution of programs that keep deposits, withdrawals, and broader financial flows accurate and fast. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, design, and operations, ensuring that every project lands on schedule, risks are surfaced early, and the broader portfolio keeps pace with long-term strategy. It is a senior, cross-functional position suited to someone who thrives on turning complex technical work into clear, predictable outcomes.
Responsibilities - Partner with design, product management, and engineering teams to plan and execute programs across multiple workstreams - Identify and mitigate delivery risks by clarifying scope, removing blockers, and routing information between the right stakeholders - Build schedules, set goals, and define milestones that keep individual projects and the broader portfolio on track - Maintain team-level bookkeeping and ensure efficient, well-run sprints - Track and report progress in formats suited to different audiences, from engineering teams to leadership - Drive planning, execution, and reporting rhythms, including longer-term activities such as roadmap planning, resourcing, and cost management - Spot opportunities to improve efficiency and impact, and reinforce a culture of focus, delivery, and accountability
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field - 3+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry - Hands-on familiarity with the Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Experience working with cloud-based, service-oriented architectures - Strong written and oral communication, including the ability to translate technical concepts into plain language - Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead through influence - Proven record of building and shipping successful products - Comfort diving into deep technical problems and using data to drive solutions
Nice to have - Experience with financial flows, money movement, or other regulated transactional systems - Background in fintech or other reliability-sensitive environments - Familiarity with self-service product development patterns that serve both internal and external users
