About this role
Role overview Own the delivery backlog for a technical security engineering team serving software developers and IT customers. You’ll connect roadmap goals to prioritized work across software security scanning, cloud security, and AI development, while helping agile teams deliver improvements quarter by quarter. The role calls for product ownership grounded in software engineering or DevOps experience, with enough technical fluency to engage directly in architecture and implementation discussions.

Requirements - Prior software engineering, DevOps, or DevSecOps experience followed by a move into product ownership. - Technical fluency to discuss microservices, API contracts, architecture reviews, CI/CD controls, and data pipelines. - Experience prioritizing technical work and driving features or roadmap commitments through delivery. - Ability to collaborate with developers and security specialists and translate their needs into ordered work. - Independent judgment, sound analysis, and the ability to manage work with minimal supervision. - Must live in Louisville, Dallas, Fort Lauderdale or Tampa, or Nashville; office visits are required.
Benefits and work setup - 40-hour workweek. Annual base pay range: $94,900–$130,500, with eligibility for a performance-based incentive plan. Pay varies with location, skills, experience, education, and certifications. - Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), paid time off and holidays, parental and caregiver leave, disability coverage, and life insurance.
