Clinical Innovation Performance Management Lead

Role overview Coordinate recurring performance reporting and review routines for a clinical innovation portfolio. The role brings together operational and financial inputs, checks their accuracy, tracks progress against targets, and turns findings into clear actions for leaders and partner teams.

Responsibilities - Manage weekly and monthly reporting schedules and deliver dashboards, scorecards, and review materials. - Track expected, committed, implemented, and realized value using established measures and targets. - Reconcile reporting with Finance and Analytics, resolving differences with accountable teams. - Analyze variances, risks, and action status; summarize findings and identify decisions or escalation needs. - Maintain decision, issue, and action logs with owners and due dates, and follow items through resolution. - Coordinate with clinical, pharmacy, quality, risk adjustment, operations, finance, analytics, and regional partners; improve reporting consistency and workflow.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree. - Seven or more years in healthcare operations, performance improvement, business operations, analytics, finance, consulting, or program management. - Experience supporting performance reporting, dashboards, scorecards, or value realization. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships across teams in a matrixed organization. - Strong written and verbal communication, analytical skills, and proficiency with reporting, presentation, and data analysis tools.

Nice to have - Relevant advanced degree, such as an MBA, MHA, or MPH, or equivalent experience. - Experience supporting executive performance reviews or governance forums. - Background in healthcare analytics, medical cost management, quality programs, risk adjustment, clinical operations, or pharmacy.
