Senior Project Manager (West Coast)

Role overview Lead delivery of digital development projects and campaign workstreams, coordinating strategy, creative, technology, production, digital, and media disciplines. Serve as a key connection between clients and project teams, keeping work organized, risks visible, and delivery aligned with agreed goals, budgets, and launch dates.

Responsibilities - Plan and prioritize deliverables, schedules, and resources across multiple projects and workstreams. - Coordinate daily work across creative, strategy, and technology teams while tracking overall program delivery. - Build client relationships, lead project communications, and share clear status updates and recommendations. - Manage timelines, scope changes, risks, and dependencies; identify problems early and propose solutions. - Track budgets and burn, prepare statements of work, and help staff teams appropriately with resource partners. - Maintain delivery quality and project objectives through discovery, design, development, and implementation. - Use project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Coda.

Requirements - Experience managing multiple interactive projects from discovery and design through technical development and implementation. - Ability to run projects independently, manage teams, allocate tasks, and prioritize work. - Experience managing budgets, burn reports, and statements of work. - Background in agency and creative project environments, with agile delivery experience. - Skill in managing client expectations, gathering feedback, and communicating clearly with clients and internal teams. - Ability to anticipate scope creep and delivery risks, link recommendations to client objectives, and escalate issues appropriately. - Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Coda.

Nice to have - Figma experience. - Experience mentoring or managing others.

Benefits and work setup Remote within the United States, with a West Coast location preferred. The role is unavailable to candidates working in New Mexico, Montana, Alaska, or Hawaii. The listed annual salary range is $95,000–$125,000 USD.
