Senior Full Stack Software Engineer - Payments

Role overview Own complex full-stack product work from early design through production, helping evolve an AI-enabled business platform for professionals in the building and design fields. The role combines scalable backend architecture, user-facing features, cross-functional delivery, and technical leadership across a distributed engineering team.

Responsibilities - Plan, architect, and deliver full-stack features from concept through deployment. - Partner with product, user experience, and engineering teammates to align implementation with user needs and business priorities. - Design resilient services and backend systems, with attention to data integrity, availability, and asynchronous processing. - Use AI tools throughout design, prototyping, coding, testing, and debugging. - Promote quality through automated tests, CI/CD, and production monitoring; guide code reviews and mentor colleagues.

Requirements - At least five years of professional full-stack development experience building and scaling SaaS applications. - Strong experience with Node.js, React, GraphQL, microservices, and PostgreSQL or a comparable relational database. - Hands-on experience delivering reliable, scalable systems and maintaining data integrity. - Ability to lead projects end to end and collaborate across product, design, and engineering disciplines. - Experience with testing, continuous delivery, observability, code review, or mentoring as part of a high-quality engineering practice.
