Product Engineer Loes

Role overview Build and improve a user-facing AI product across its web and mobile apps and its version for organizational customers. The role combines full-stack product development with work on the systems around the language model, such as search, document handling, and connections to other software. You will work with product, design, and AI colleagues and help shape what gets built.

Responsibilities - Develop new features and improve the speed and usability of existing web and mobile experiences. - Build capabilities for organizational customers, including integrations with their software and systems. - Improve how the product uses web search, documents, and connected tools alongside its language model. - Configure customer environments and help connect them to the systems they rely on. - Collaborate with product, design, and AI research partners to define and deliver useful features.

Requirements - Full-stack development experience on software used by real customers. - Interest in Python and JavaScript. - Experience with, or a strong interest in, language models, prompting, and tool calling. - User-focused judgment: you want to understand the need a feature serves as well as how to implement it. - Fluent English and residence in the Netherlands.
