Product Engineer Loes

Role overview Build and improve a user-facing AI product across its web, mobile, and organizational offerings. The work spans everyday product features as well as the supporting layer around the model, including search, documents, and connections to customer software. You’ll work closely with product, design, and AI colleagues and contribute to decisions about what to build.

Responsibilities - Develop new features and improve the speed and usability of existing web and mobile experiences. - Build capabilities for organizational users alongside the main product. - Work on web search, document handling, and other features that support the language model. - Connect the product to customers’ software and help configure their environments. - Collaborate with product, design, and AI research teammates on product direction.

Requirements - Full-stack development experience on software used by real users. - Interest or experience in Python and JavaScript. - Experience with language models, prompting, or tool calling, or motivation to build that experience. - A user-focused approach and interest in the reasons behind product decisions. - Fluent English and current residence in the Netherlands.
